Arsalaan made his international umpiring debut last year at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Sub Regional Africa Qualifier A, where he proudly represented Tanzania on the global stage. Now, with this remarkable certification, he continues to elevate Tanzanian umpiring to new heights.
